A bit about me...
I met my Japanese husband overseas. We moved to Yokohama after we were married.
Over the years, I have enjoyed volunteering for many different organizations. And yes... even though Yokohama is a big city, it has become my hometown.
My hobbies include making washi crafts (using a traditional Japanese paper), counted cross-stitch embroidery, listening to music, making jewelry, and chatting with friends. My collections include a few lovely antique dishes.
I still live by one type of philosophy:
"We are who we are..."
The most important things are to like yourself... be yourself... and don't forget to laugh or smile!
